What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Delve, you will be the front line in our shared Slack channels, responding to customer inquiries within minutes. You will troubleshoot product issues and guide users through complex compliance workflows, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. Your role is hands-on and dynamic, requiring you to think critically and act swiftly to resolve issues. You will also partner closely with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and contribute to improving our documentation and overall support experience. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and help shape the future of our support operations.
