What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will be responsible for managing your schedule, whether you choose to practice in-office, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid model. Your focus will be on treating patients and growing your practice, ensuring that you prioritize your professional development and the quality of care you provide.

You will collaborate closely with other providers and participate in peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge. The role requires a commitment of at least two days per week to practice growth, and you will be expected to view these investments as essential steps toward building a sustainable practice. You will also benefit from comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions.
