Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Painter to join their team in Manville, NJ. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to paint vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment, such as an automotive inspection center. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes cleaning and masking areas that should not be painted. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish, applying water-based paint using state-of-the-art tools in our paint booths. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted to the highest standards and delivered on time. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
