Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered to enhance your career.

What you'll do

As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint. This includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle meets our high standards before it is delivered to customers. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that the workflow is efficient and that vehicles are prepared in a timely manner. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and appearance of the vehicles we sell, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction that Carvana strives for.
