As an Assembly Technician for the Starlink project, you will be responsible for building small electrical sub-assemblies and performing mechanical and electrical assembly of satellite components. You will integrate final vehicle assemblies and work on the assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassis. Your role will also involve building battery cell modules and solar arrays, as well as performing wire harnessing. You will be required to solder and desolder through-hole and SMT components, supporting conformal coating, masking, and epoxy application. Additionally, you will run functional testing of built hardware, including setup, instrumentation, test execution, and teardown. You will operate complex automated equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process.
