You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to learn and grow in the field. As an entry-level Airbrush Technician, you are detail-oriented and have a passion for automotive aesthetics. You are comfortable working with various painting tools and techniques, and you understand the importance of color matching and paint mixing in delivering high-quality results.
You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others in a fast-paced environment. As an Auto Airbrush Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for color-matching and mixing paint to ensure that vehicles are painted to the highest standards. You will use state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers to airbrush vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle meets our quality expectations. You will also participate in training programs designed to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
In addition to your painting responsibilities, you will collaborate with other technicians and team members to prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork. This may include tasks such as sanding, masking, and taping. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive painting.
