You are adept at documenting project deliverables, including technical and functional specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment among team members.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop data-related requirements as part of IT projects, particularly where IT has primary delivery accountability. You will analyze key healthcare, innovation, and technology trends to identify valuable data product opportunities. Engaging in strategy and business unit discussions, you will gather and interpret high-level business needs, translating them into detailed user stories for the Data Product backlog.
You will create mockups, workflows, and process flows to elaborate user stories and requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals. Conducting data product-level testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will be key responsibilities, as you work to ensure that the final product meets the needs of the business and its users. Your role will foster collaboration with other IT functions, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence at 10Pearls.
