You are a creative individual with a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a passion for visual storytelling. You have experience using design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and you are comfortable working collaboratively with teams to bring ideas to life. You understand the importance of brand consistency and are eager to contribute to projects that make a positive impact. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in the field of design.
You have a keen eye for detail and can manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. You are proactive in your approach to design challenges and are willing to assist more senior designers in achieving business results. You communicate well with others and are excited about the opportunity to work with clients from the US and Canada.
What you'll do
As a Graphic Designer at 10Pearls, you will be responsible for designing communication pieces for customer communications across both print and digital channels. You will work closely with the Copy and Account teams to ensure that all designs are thoughtful, accurate, and on-brand. Your contributions will help deliver on business and brand strategies, and you will be expected to respond to standard business requests with limited risk.
You will assist in the design process by utilizing your technical knowledge and skills to expedite delivery while understanding the priorities of your team. You will allocate your time effectively to meet goals and deadlines, demonstrating an awareness of your personal strengths and areas for improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with others to create impactful designs that resonate with clients and customers alike.
