You are a creative individual with a strong background in graphic design, possessing a proven track record of producing visually compelling materials that effectively communicate brand messages. You have experience in both print and digital media, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can contribute your ideas and creativity. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Your portfolio showcases your ability to create engaging designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
You have a curious mindset and are eager to learn about the Out of Home media landscape. You can take direction while also demonstrating initiative in your design work. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate your design concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders. You are comfortable leading ideation sessions and driving creativity in collaborative settings.
What you'll do
As a Graphic Designer at Intersection, you will be responsible for designing and producing a variety of visual materials that support the company's sales and marketing efforts. This includes creating proposals, presentations, sell-sheets, and conceptual mockups that showcase the value of our advertising products. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that all materials align with the company's branding and messaging strategies.
In your first three months, you will gain a deep understanding of Intersection's media products and the creative value they bring to potential customers. You will build visually and strategically compelling creative concepts for prospective clients, ensuring that your designs effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. Within the first year, you will develop a strong understanding of media offerings across the country and will be able to lead ideation sessions for clients, driving proactive creativity in your design work.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. Your ability to prioritize multiple projects and work well under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to manage your projects effectively, from brainstorming and planning phases through to final production, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
What we offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
