Who you are

You have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, demonstrating a strong technical expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, and data extensions. Your understanding of customer journeys and marketing automation strategies allows you to effectively contribute to campaign success. You are proficient in writing and troubleshooting AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) code, ensuring that marketing automation solutions are both effective and efficient.

Your skills extend to building and customizing Email Templates, Cloud Pages, Journeys, and Automations, showcasing your ability to create engaging customer experiences. You have a strong understanding of Marketing Cloud Connect, Data Extensions, and Subscriber Management, which enables you to design and implement data models that support marketing initiatives. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools, along with version control systems like Git, further enhances your technical capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating closely with marketing and CRM teams to define and execute campaign strategies. You will build and customize Email Templates, Cloud Pages, and Journeys, ensuring that all components are optimized for performance and user engagement. Your responsibilities will include writing and troubleshooting AMPscript and SSJS code, as well as designing and implementing data models using Data Extensions and APIs.

You will integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and third-party platforms via REST and SOAP APIs. Additionally, you will develop and optimize Journey Builder workflows, Automation Studio processes, and Triggered Sends, while performing QA, testing, and deployment of emails, SMS, and push notifications. Monitoring campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement will be key to your success in this role.
