Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with experience in maintaining and optimizing marketing automation platforms. Your expertise allows you to ensure continuous availability, performance, and security of the SFMC, and you are proactive in troubleshooting issues related to data sync and integration anomalies. You are comfortable guiding clients on best practices and functionalities of SFMC, translating their requirements into actionable workflows.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to conduct onboarding and training sessions for client teams effectively. Your ability to assess technical feasibility for new marketing requests showcases your analytical skills and understanding of existing data models and automation flows. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to apply platform updates and resolve system bugs.

Desirable

Experience mentoring or training junior staff is a plus, as you enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others grow. You are proactive in process improvement and documentation, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team operates efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance and operation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will perform routine checks and maintenance of Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio, ensuring that all modules function optimally. Your role will involve monitoring and troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams to apply necessary updates and patches, and resolving any system bugs that may arise.

As the subject matter expert on SFMC functionalities, you will guide clients on how to leverage the platform to achieve their marketing objectives, such as email personalization and journey automation. You will support onboarding and training sessions for client teams, helping them understand campaign management and reporting.

You will assess new marketing or integration requests for technical feasibility within SFMC, evaluating compatibility with existing data models and automation flows. Your insights will provide stakeholders with effort estimations and solution options, highlighting any possible constraints. Collaboration with architects or developers will be essential as you design scalable solutions that meet client needs.
