What you'll do

As the Portfolio General Manager, you will lead a team of General Managers responsible for overseeing university partner relationships. You will ensure that the right partnerships are in place to support the diverse offerings of 2U. Your role will involve strategic portfolio management, where you will guide your team in aligning operational efforts with the company's mission. You will act as a key liaison between partners and internal teams, providing real-time feedback that informs strategic decisions. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of educational programs and enhancing the overall partner experience. You will also play a significant role in shaping the direction of the Partnerships teams, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the broader business strategy.
