Tempus is seeking a Manager of Portfolio Strategy and Management to lead a product portfolio within the Genomics sequencing business. You'll drive the commercial success of an assay portfolio by developing and executing optimized product strategies. This role requires significant cross-functional leadership experience.

What you'll do
In this role, you will develop a long-term portfolio vision and strategy for Tempusβ products, focusing on the liquid biopsy portfolio. You will create 3-5 year business roadmaps that prioritize new product opportunities and outline commercialization and lifecycle management plans. Collaborating with cross-functional leadership, you will ensure that the necessary resources are available and effectively allocated to meet business goals. You will be responsible for evaluating market trends and customer feedback to refine product strategies continuously.
You will lead the execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and the needs of healthcare providers. Your role will involve constant evaluation of trade-offs in product development, balancing innovation with feasibility and market demand. You will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
