You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the enterprise sector, and understand the nuances of growing revenue from existing clients. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and optimization within your book of business.

You are a strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly customer success, to ensure that clients are not only satisfied but also engaged and likely to renew their contracts. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to interface effectively with various stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to your clients. You are driven by results and have a strong understanding of sales processes, from inbound and outbound efforts to account mapping and generating valuable conversations.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding 360Learning's footprint within our existing enterprise client base. You will work closely with the customer success team to ensure that clients are healthy and renewing at a high rate. Your role will involve a combination of inbound and outbound sales efforts, focusing on top accounts and tailoring your approach to each client.

You will engage in account mapping to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within your accounts, facilitating valuable conversations that lead to growth opportunities. Your ability to understand client needs and align them with 360Learning's offerings will be crucial in driving revenue growth. You will also be expected to provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams based on your interactions with clients, helping to shape future offerings and strategies.
