What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Dialpad, you will own the complete sales process from start to finish, engaging with large-sized business prospects and converting them into active clients. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Partner Managers, Sales Leadership, Sales Engineers, Account Management, Legal, and Finance to ensure that every aspect of the sales process is handled efficiently. Your role will involve identifying and addressing complex communications problems faced by businesses, leveraging Dialpad's AI-driven insights to provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will also play a key role in driving revenue growth for the company by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your success will be measured not only by the numbers but also by the satisfaction and success of your clients.
