What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at 360Learning, you will be part of a dynamic R&D team that is responsible for developing and maintaining a complex codebase. You will lead technical challenges that involve significant traffic and data management, ensuring that our systems can handle the demands of 2.3 million registered users and 200,000 unique monthly visitors. Your work will focus on implementing clean architecture principles to support the long-term growth of our platform.

You will collaborate closely with your squad, which includes developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality features that meet the needs of our customers. Your role will involve writing code, conducting code reviews, and participating in pair programming sessions to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the migration to TypeScript, enhancing the robustness and maintainability of our codebase. Your insights and expertise will be valued as you help shape the technical direction of our projects.
