What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of features that enhance the user experience on the 360Learning platform — your work will involve analyzing user needs and translating them into technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with product squads to ensure that the technical implementation aligns with product goals and user expectations. You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that the codebase remains clean and maintainable while adhering to best practices.

As part of the R&D team, you will engage in discussions about system architecture and design, contributing your insights to improve the overall quality of the software. You will be responsible for managing significant traffic and data volume, ensuring that the platform remains responsive and efficient. Your role will also involve staying updated with industry trends and technologies, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the team.
