Who you are
You hold a Master's or PhD in LLM or NLP and have published at least one paper in a major journal or conference in the field. Your strong programming skills, particularly in Python, enable you to tackle complex problems effectively. You have hands-on experience with GPU-based deep learning model training using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, and you are familiar with Git-based collaboration processes for efficient version control and code reviews.
You possess a keen interest in conversational AI services and have insights into user interactions. Your experience includes optimizing AI service costs and understanding backend systems, which allows you to contribute to the overall efficiency of AI applications. You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and have experience leading or mentoring small groups, fostering an open exchange of ideas.
What you'll do
As an AI Engineer at 42dot, you will design and develop core modules for LLM-based multi-agent systems, focusing on functionalities such as planning, function calling, and memory management. You will analyze service requirements and implement agents that enhance user experiences through personalized interactions. Your role will involve post-training optimization of LLMs and training embedding models for effective document and conversation data retrieval.
