42dot is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to oversee annual and quarterly budgeting processes and analyze profitability and cost structures. You'll utilize SQL for data extraction and work with tools like Power BI to improve profitability metrics.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally within tech, mobility, or manufacturing R&D organizations. Your ability to interpret profit and loss structures based on business models is exceptional, and you possess strong skills in preparing materials at an investor relations level.
You are familiar with SAP systems for data processing and have a solid understanding of accounting principles, including K-GAAP and IFRS. Your analytical skills are complemented by your experience in cross-functional team collaboration in a global environment.
Desirable
Experience in autonomous driving, software-defined vehicles, or software subscription business models is a plus. You have utilized data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets to derive insights and improve business performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the establishment and management of the annual and quarterly corporate budget, including AOP and forecasts. You will analyze the profitability and cost structure of software and technology-based businesses, leveraging SQL to extract data and improve profitability metrics.
You will conduct feasibility analyses for R&D investments and ROI modeling, ensuring effective budget and performance management systems across headquarters and overseas subsidiaries. Your responsibilities will also include setting KPIs for various business segments and analyzing performance to derive actionable insights.
Additionally, you will prepare financial and business performance reports for C-Level executives, providing strategic recommendations based on your analyses. Your role will be pivotal in linking technology and finance, particularly in areas such as BOM, software subscriptions, and GPU cluster investments.
