You have 7-12 years of expertise in PLM system design and operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of product lifecycle management and its integration with engineering processes. Your experience includes working with major PLM solutions like Teamcenter and 3DEXPERIENCE, showcasing your ability to configure and extend these systems based on business requirements.

Your technical skills include a strong grasp of system architecture and data modeling, particularly in the context of manufacturing and R&D environments. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of REST APIs, enabling you to analyze and manage complex data flows effectively.

You possess practical knowledge of product structure, change management, and configuration management processes, which allows you to navigate the intricacies of product development seamlessly. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to address data conflicts and optimize architectures across complex systems.

You have experience in integrating PLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and SCM, and have participated in data migration projects that enhance data integrity and traceability. Your familiarity with ECAD/EDA tools further strengthens your capability to manage design data effectively.

Desirable

You have a background in industries with complex manufacturing processes, such as automotive or electronics, which gives you insights into the unique challenges faced in these sectors. Your technical flexibility allows you to implement automation using scripting languages like Python and JavaScript, enhancing system efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design end-to-end integrated architectures that connect PLM, ERP, MES, and SCM systems, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead the engineering process enhancement initiatives, focusing on product development and change management workflows to boost R&D efficiency.

You will establish data governance frameworks, including master data management and part classification systems, to ensure data integrity, traceability, and currency. Your responsibilities will also include configuring PLM solutions and extending functionalities based on evolving business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, conduct regular upgrades, and apply patches to maintain service reliability. Your role will involve designing integration structures with ECAD/EDA tools, ensuring that design data is managed cohesively across platforms.
