You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to guide team members and customers effectively. Your experience working with remote and international teams enhances your collaborative approach. You are open to occasional travel, which is expected to be up to 20% of your time.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Product Solutions Team and collaborate with Customer and Partner Success, as well as Sales organizations. You will engage in technical pre-sales activities, assessing the potential application of the company's products to client needs. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client use cases and requirements, creating proof-of-concepts, and performing data analysis to ensure alignment with client expectations. You will document and maintain knowledge of Gracenote’s products, formats, and delivery mechanisms, contributing to the development of tailored solutions for customers. Your role will also involve providing guidance to team members and assisting in the implementation of solutions that drive client success.
