You have over 8 years of practical experience in the field of perception and autonomous driving technologies, ideally with a PhD. Your deep theoretical understanding and practical application of computer vision and machine learning make you a strong candidate for this role. You are comfortable leading technical decisions and mentoring team members, ensuring their growth and success.
You possess a solid background in designing and validating core algorithms for perception systems, particularly in the context of autonomous vehicles. Your experience includes working with multi-sensor perception systems, including Camera, LiDAR, and Radar, and you understand the complexities involved in real-time processing and system optimization.
You are a hands-on technical leader who enjoys being involved in the development process, from research to production. You have a proven track record of translating research findings into practical applications, ensuring that the technology you develop is both scalable and reliable.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your ability to manage project timelines and prioritize tasks effectively is key to your success in this role. You are also adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges, ensuring that your team remains focused and productive.
Desirable
Experience with large-scale data processing and real-world application of perception algorithms is a plus.
