Overview

6sense is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Attraction team throughout the recruitment journey. You'll manage interview coordination and enhance the candidate experience. This role is based in Costa Rica or Mexico City.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting recruitment processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Your organizational skills enable you to handle high-volume interview coordination requests efficiently, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and informed.

You have experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse and are familiar with requisition management in platforms such as Workday. Your communication skills allow you to correspond effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and pre-boarding processes. You understand the importance of a seamless recruitment experience and are dedicated to making it happen.

What you'll do

As a Recruiting Coordinator at 6sense, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding. You will handle high-volume interview coordination requests within Greenhouse, ensuring that all scheduling is managed efficiently. You will open and edit requisitions in Workday/Greenhouse according to job setup guidelines, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include providing a best-in-class candidate experience during the entire interview and pre-boarding process. You will communicate with candidates via phone and email, offering follow-up correspondence on scheduling and pre-boarding status. Additionally, you will support the multi-country offer letter process, ensuring that all documentation is handled with care and precision.
