Reflection is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition efforts during rapid scaling. You'll manage interview coordination and candidate communication, ensuring an exceptional experience. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations.

Who you are
You have 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or operations roles, ideally within a startup environment. You demonstrate a strong ability to manage high-volume scheduling and complex logistics, ensuring that every candidate has a seamless experience. Your attention to detail and organizational skills allow you to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even under tight deadlines. You are comfortable communicating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the hiring process. You understand the importance of maintaining data integrity in applicant tracking systems and are proactive in generating recruiting metrics to improve processes. You handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring that candidate privacy is always respected.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of Reflection's talent acquisition efforts, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and often with same-day turnarounds. You will manage candidate communication from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring that our brand voice is maintained throughout the process. You will coordinate travel logistics and onsite interview experiences for out-of-town candidates, making their visit as smooth as possible. Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will optimize interview processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. You will also create and improve operational workflows to handle the growing interview volume, adapting to the needs of the team as they scale. Your role is critical to maintaining hiring velocity while ensuring that every candidate has an exceptional experience with our company.
