Overview

6sense is hiring a Talent Coordinator to support the Talent Attraction team throughout the recruitment journey. You'll handle interview coordination and provide a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is a fixed-term position based in Costa Rica.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting recruitment processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values accountability, growth, and integrity. Your organizational skills allow you to manage high volumes of interview coordination requests effectively, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.

You understand the importance of providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview and pre-boarding process. Your communication skills enable you to follow up with candidates promptly, keeping them informed about their scheduling and pre-boarding status. You are comfortable using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and are willing to learn new tools as needed.

What you'll do

As a Talent Coordinator at 6sense, you will play an essential role in the recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding. You will handle high volume interview coordination requests within Greenhouse, ensuring that all logistics are managed efficiently. You will open and edit requisitions in Workday/Greenhouse according to job set-up guidelines, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Your role will involve providing a best-in-class candidate experience, where you will communicate with candidates via phone and email to provide follow-up correspondence on scheduling and pre-boarding status. You will support the multi-country offer letter generation process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. This position is set to go until the end of January 2026, with the possibility of extension, allowing you to make a significant impact on the recruitment efforts at 6sense.
