Who you are
You have experience in talent coordination or recruitment, ideally within an executive context β you understand the nuances of managing high-profile candidates and the importance of providing a seamless experience throughout the hiring process. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to handle complex scheduling and logistics with ease. You are detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information, ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Executive Assistants and team coordinators to create a positive candidate experience. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to act as the main point of contact for candidates and provide them with a βwhite gloveβ experience. You are proactive in seeking out new tools and practices that can improve recruiting processes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for arranging complex interview schedules for executive candidates, which may include international and offsite meetings. You will greet and escort candidates during in-person interviews, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Additionally, you will manage post-offer paperwork and assist in coordinating new executive onboarding processes, making sure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
You will also handle expense management and provision travel authorization for high-profile candidates, ensuring that all logistical aspects of their interview process are seamless. Your role will involve generating various reports for the Executive Leadership Team, tracking sensitive data for the Executive Recruiting team, and managing the drafting of employment agreements for new hires. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and files throughout the hiring process.
