You have a strong background in enablement and sales strategy, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B organizations. Your experience includes working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective enablement programs that enhance team performance and customer engagement.
You possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, allowing you to build strong relationships across departments. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and measure the success of enablement initiatives. What you'll do
As a Senior Enablement Manager at 6sense, you will lead the development and execution of enablement programs that equip sales and marketing teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform your strategies, ensuring that your teams are well-prepared to engage with potential buyers effectively.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training materials, resources, and programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of your teams.
