Who you are
You have a strong background in customer marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of customer engagement and have a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that enhance the customer journey. Your analytical skills allow you to measure and optimize marketing efforts effectively, ensuring that campaigns resonate with customers and drive loyalty. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to create high-impact marketing initiatives. You are comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution, demonstrating a balance of creativity and analytical thinking. You are passionate about building relationships with customers and turning them into advocates for the brand.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the customer marketing strategy from end to end, designing and executing campaigns that drive engagement and retention. You will create personalized content experiences that resonate with customers and encourage deeper product usage. Your responsibilities will include developing nurturing programs that guide customers through their journey, ensuring they receive the support and information they need to succeed.
