Kinship is seeking a Marketing Lead to shape the brand's messaging and content strategy. You'll drive inbound lead generation and maintain Kinship's brand voice across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing execution and brand development.

You have a proven track record in marketing, ideally with experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You possess a strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement in all communications. Your experience includes managing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of projects from inception to execution, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand development. You understand the importance of balancing long-term brand building with immediate marketing impact, and you are comfortable making strategic decisions that align with business goals. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives forward. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve and innovate in your marketing approach.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own Kinship's marketing execution from start to finish, ensuring that all messaging aligns with the brand's vision and values. You will be responsible for keeping the website updated as a dynamic asset, rather than a static brochure, ensuring that it reflects the latest product features and company news. You will run a steady content cadence, producing weekly blog posts and maintaining an active presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. Your role will involve turning product features and releases into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with your audience, driving inbound lead generation through high-quality content. You will shape and maintain Kinship's brand voice, ensuring it is confident, concise, and refreshingly un-corporate. You will decide what gets published, when, and why, balancing the need for immediate impact with the long-term vision for the brand. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect the company's offerings and values, and you will analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to continuously improve strategies. You will also have the opportunity to define the marketing playbook, creating a strategic vision that guides the company's marketing efforts.
