What you'll do

As the Director of Data at 9fin, you will own the data strategy and operations, leading a team of over 150 professionals dedicated to ensuring that accurate and timely information is ingested into the platform. You will define what data is collected, why it matters, and how it is delivered, playing a critical role in shaping the future of the company's data function. Your strategic vision will guide the team in executing their objectives, ultimately driving business advantage for clients.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that data initiatives align with overall business goals. This includes working with product teams to enhance the platform's capabilities and ensuring that the data operations team is equipped to handle the scale of data required by clients. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to data management and analysis.

Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and gather feedback, ensuring that the data strategy remains aligned with client needs and market trends.
