What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the quality strategy for ABBYY's FineReader Engine, a C++-based SDK for OCR and PDF processing. You will work hands-on to define and implement effective quality practices that support the development of high-performance, cross-platform libraries. Your responsibilities will include building and scaling automation efforts, improving regression detection, and ensuring that core libraries perform as expected across all supported platforms. You will collaborate with engineers to establish testing protocols that align with the overall development goals, contributing to a culture of quality and excellence.

You will also be involved in mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster their growth within the team.
