You are passionate about spreading agile, lean, and continuous delivery methodologies and enjoy mentoring others in these practices. You understand how businesses operate and have experience modeling business processes using various tools and techniques. You are enthusiastic about high-quality software and have expertise that spans from initial sketches to final code.

What you'll do

You will co-facilitate workshops to generate customized business solutions, working within agile teams to drive organizational transformation for medium to large enterprises. You will liaise between clients and teams composed of small to medium enterprises, senior management, experience designers, product managers, development consultants, and quality assurance personnel. You will collaborate with your team to utilize the latest technologies to analyze and design complex business applications. You will guide and disseminate best practices in agile, lean, and continuous development analysis. Your role will require you to thrive in facilitating workshops or driving learning sessions, excelling at prioritizing tasks, gaining stakeholder support, and resolving conflicts when they arise. You will need to be resilient and flexible in uncertain situations, enjoying the challenge of solving problems from both technical and business perspectives.
