What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with cost centers and project leads to build and maintain long-range operating forecasts — your analyses will improve the accuracy of these forecasts and drive strong decision-making throughout the organization. You will partner with leaders to enable them to manage their operating plans through monthly reporting, determining key drivers of spend, and providing actionable insights. Additionally, you will support the building of business cases for initiatives and investments, tracking their progress and impact.

Your success will be measured by the impact of your analyses on the organization’s strategic decisions — you will play a crucial role in ensuring that financial insights are integrated into the drug development process.
