You have a strong background in finance, ideally with experience in financial operations and reporting. You understand how financial processes work and are comfortable owning components of the monthly close process. You are detail-oriented and can analyze variances effectively, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with leadership to drive financial insights. You are proactive in designing controls and workflows that enhance the financial reporting infrastructure as the company scales. You are adaptable and eager to take on new challenges in a growing organization.
Desirable
Experience with advanced analytics or AI-driven financial tools would be a plus. Familiarity with financial software and systems is also beneficial, as is a background in working with contracts and transactions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of specific components of the monthly close process, preparing and reviewing financial statements and conducting variance analysis in partnership with the accounting team. You will collaborate with finance leadership to design and implement controls and workflows that ensure our financial data is accurate and decision-ready.
