You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, external investigators, and regulatory agencies. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the medical strategy for assigned oncology programs, overseeing the clinical development process from pre-IND/CTA stages through Phase 1-2 trials. You will author clinical protocols and contribute to investigator brochures, IND/CTA submissions, and clinical study reports throughout the program lifecycle. As the Medical Monitor for assigned trials, you will ensure patient eligibility, safety, and adherence to protocols, interpreting clinical trial data to inform development strategies.

You will serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned programs, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the success of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with medical experts and investigators in the oncology field, ensuring that all clinical development activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs. Your impact will be measured by the success of the oncology pipeline and the life-changing treatments that result from your leadership.
