Who you are
You have a strong background in clinical development, particularly in precision medicine, and are passionate about advancing healthcare through innovative solutions. Your experience includes driving clinical development plans for new products, such as genomic assays and algorithmic diagnostics, ensuring they meet clinical validation and utility standards. You possess the ability to provide medical expertise and subspecialty clinical context, which is crucial for the development and delivery of these products.
You are skilled in designing and conducting studies, including thorough documentation and data analyses. Your collaborative nature allows you to lead and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including biostatistics, R&D scientists, bioinformatics, and regulatory professionals. You understand the importance of delivering clinical and scientific presentations to medical audiences and are comfortable engaging with external clinical research centers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive clinical development plans for precision medicine products, overseeing the entire lifecycle from clinical validation to post-market data review. You will provide essential medical expertise and context to ensure the successful development and delivery of these products.
