What you'll do

You will establish and maintain project tracking and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into project status and performance metrics.

Throughout the delivery lifecycle, you will identify potential issues early and facilitate problem-solving across teams to keep engagements on track. You will be accountable for delivering customer billable work according to schedule, budget, and contracted deliverables. Your leadership will have a significant impact on customer outcomes and Accela's business, as you drive the Professional Services delivery process and contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies.
