What you'll do

As the Senior Project Manager at Hims & Hers, you will play a crucial role in managing project intake, triage, and implementation within the Care Operations team. You will work closely with teams across the company, including Care Operations, Training, Medical Affairs, Growth and Marketing, Product, Pharmacy, and R&D, to ensure that projects and product launches meet deadlines and reflect the needs of various stakeholders. You will coordinate training and communication needs, facilitate workgroups, and ensure effective project execution. Your leadership will help drive innovation and improve processes within the organization.
