Who you are

You have 9–12 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java, demonstrating a strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture. Your expertise includes developing robust APIs and ensuring high availability and low latency in your applications. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to optimize system performance and scalability across large datasets. You also have experience mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and contributing to engineering best practices. Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB, or DynamoDB is essential, as is hands-on experience with event streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark. You are comfortable building large-scale, cloud-native systems and have a working knowledge of Databricks or Snowflake or other Big Data technologies.
