What you'll do
As an Engineering Manager at Accurx, you will lead a team focused on enhancing communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and improving appointment-booking workflows for GP practices. You will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of your team, ensuring that the solutions developed are scalable and meet the needs of NHS staff and patients. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
You will also be involved in mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while ensuring that the team meets its objectives. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the team's processes and outputs. You will play a key role in driving the company's mission to make healthcare genuinely better through effective communication solutions.
