What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across various teams, including product, technology, forecasting, and commercial. Your primary responsibility will be to capture, structure, and synthesize strategic priorities directly from the CEO and senior leadership. You will translate these ideas into clear options and recommendations, including tradeoffs and sequencing.

You will drive clarity on decision-making and ensure that strategic initiatives have clear outcomes and accountability. By assigning and maintaining single-point ownership for high-impact initiatives, you will ensure follow-through and track progress effectively. Your role will also involve preparing concise analyses to support fast, high-quality decisions, maintaining a clear view of enterprise priorities to ensure focus and momentum.
