What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Strategy and Planning, you will help drive the analytical rhythm of the business, including quarterly business reviews and organizational deep dives. You will partner with senior leadership to conduct customer, market, and segment-specific analyses that uncover valuable insights. Your role will involve becoming an expert in business and customer success rules, allowing you to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
You will conceptualize and pilot new programs to test innovative engagement mechanisms and optimize the sales and customer success partnership process. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing sales data to derive meaningful business insights that inform strategic decisions. You will play a critical role in shaping the Customer Success Strategy & Planning function worldwide, acting as a business partner to senior leaders and driving initiatives that unlock sales revenue.
What we offer
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S. of $147,000—$279,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits including parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, a 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, and access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage.
