What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer at Achievers, you will lead the development of our Marketplace, ensuring it delivers a best-in-class rewards and shopping experience for our members. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable microservices that handle high traffic and complex user interactions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create a continuously updated, personalized catalog of products and services.

You will tackle engineering challenges at scale, focusing on performance optimization and system reliability.
