What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Achievers, you will take ownership of the development of our flagship product, Recognize, which serves over 4 million users globally. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and implement features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve tackling complex engineering challenges, from scaling high-traffic systems to optimizing performance and reliability.

You will leverage your expertise in microservices and micro-frontends to build robust and maintainable systems. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth. You will also be involved in architectural discussions, contributing to the overall technical direction of the team.
