What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant I at Achievers, you will lead the technical implementation of our software for enterprise clients, typically those with over 5,000 employees. Your responsibilities will include designing and configuring the software to meet the specific needs of each client. You will also conduct thorough testing and integration to ensure that the software functions seamlessly within the client's existing systems. Collaboration with other team members and departments will be key, as you will need to gather requirements and feedback to refine the implementation process. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest software features and best practices to provide the best possible service to our clients.
