You have over 5 years of accounting experience in a similar environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. As a native German speaker, you can effectively communicate with local stakeholders and navigate the Swiss financial landscape. Your professional knowledge of Microsoft Excel is complemented by experience with ERP systems, allowing you to manage complex financial data efficiently. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct trend analysis and balance sheet reconciliations with precision. Your attention to detail ensures that financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of the entity based in Switzerland. This includes preparing and filing VAT returns and all tax returns, as well as preparing annual statutory financial statements. You will oversee internal and external communications with the tax office, banks, auditors, and consultants, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. Additionally, you will manage accounts payable and check payments, playing a crucial role in the financial operations of the Swiss entity. Your insights will assist in the development of internal reporting and ad hoc analysis as required, supporting the company's growth strategy.
