What you'll do

As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to Acumen’s Founder & CEO. You will support executive decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis and understanding of organizational priorities. Your role will involve driving cross-organizational initiatives that require collaboration across various departments, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with Acumen’s mission and strategic goals.

You will steward critical relationships both internally and externally, representing the organization in various engagements and ensuring that Acumen’s values and objectives are communicated effectively. Your ability to coordinate action across teams will be essential in executing initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization’s success.

You will also be responsible for managing the flow of information to and from the executive office, ensuring that the CEO is well-informed and prepared for meetings and engagements. Your strategic insights will help shape the organization’s direction and priorities, making your role pivotal in driving Acumen’s mission forward.

What we offer

Acumen offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 plus a performance-based bonus. This role operates in a hybrid model, allowing for flexibility with three days in the office each week.
