You have a strong background in strategic planning and operational execution, ideally within the insurance or healthcare sectors. Your experience includes partnering with executives to drive solutions and orchestrate initiatives that align with business objectives. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. What you'll do
As the Chief of Staff at Oscar, you will shape the multi-year department strategy in partnership with the leadership team. You will drive the economic flywheel for the Insurance and Operations business, ensuring that the organization achieves its objectives through effective operational execution. Your role will involve collaborating with other Chief of Staff roles to solve complex problems and implement strategic initiatives. You will oversee annual corporate business processes, working closely with corporate strategy to develop and implement long-term strategies and operating plans. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Oscar's mission to provide innovative health insurance solutions.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $180,504 - $236,911 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
