What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Backend Team, you will lead a group of talented engineers in designing and implementing scalable backend systems that support Adjust's app marketing solutions. You will collaborate closely with product and support teams to ensure that engineering efforts align with business goals and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the process.

You will be responsible for conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, support their professional growth, and address any challenges they may face.
