Adyen is seeking an Account Manager to manage key account relationships and drive growth for cross-border merchants. You'll leverage your commercial acumen to enhance customer satisfaction and increase share of wallet. This role is based in Singapore and requires strong networking skills.

Who you are

You are an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in managing key account relationships across various industries. Your sharp commercial acumen allows you to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment, making you a natural networker who builds strong relationships with enterprise merchants. You understand the unique needs of your clients and are dedicated to providing them with the payments expertise they require to grow their businesses. You are proactive and motivated, always looking for ways to drive growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants. You will drive growth by increasing the share of wallet through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Your ability to bring valuable insights to your clients will be crucial in building strong relationships with our largest enterprise merchants. You will collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and support. Your role will involve understanding the unique challenges faced by each merchant and providing tailored solutions that help them achieve their ambitions faster.
